Up 630am: 'Blowtorch' sunny & hazy with temps almost to 100. No call from Joe so I imagine that Janny is still with us, although I wouldn't blame Joe if he didn't call. ***A little after 730am. Joe called to tell me that Janny passed away around 1am this morning. All of the Brandenburg's were sitting in the bedroom when it happened. Bob and his new wife were staying with Joe at Jamie's in Pleasant Plains.  Watched 'MIDWINTER BREAK' (Netflix). A retired Irish couple from Scotland take a trip to Amsterdam and this initiates a detailed examination of their life together. The movie begins with a woman jumping off a bridge into a large body of water. In flashbacks we learn that she has been 'missing' for over two years and started a new family. Her old 'family' was involved in human trafficking and it was her ex-mother in law who was 'rotten to the core'. Filmed in Tysnes, Norway with additional work in Sunnhordland and Hardanger. This area is in southwestern Norway along the North Sea. It's a documentary about homeless youth. The film is a decade old and I'm sure that things are far worse. There hasn't been a government study to even determine how many children are on the streets and estimates range from 40,000 to over 2,000,000. A bus driver forces the city of Barcelona to extend the routes to a poor community on the outside of the city. I had never seen 'double' buses before; a city bus hooked to another bus without a driver's compartment. (Windows are still open) There doesn't seem to be a 'Boil Order' in Springfield and the water at 940 seems much clearer (back to normal?).  ***745am: Two trucks arrived to check my water. The CWLP guy said that I was the only one to call in a report on Westview, and it's possible that 940 was the only affected home. This seems questionable, but he gets the big bucks. They ran some test water from my outside faucet and opened the hydrant and checked under the manhole. Luckily, I had run water earlier and felt that I was in the clear.
