***7am: I was using the grass whip on the front clover when the woman across the street asked me about any drainage issues that I might have at 940. She mentioned that they are going to have a big tree removed from their backyard. She believes that the roots of this tree are causing problems with their sewer lines. The tree removal will be a major undertaking, and then some. 

I borrowed 'THE ANIMAL KINGDOM' (Kanopy) & 'THE ITALIAN JOB' (Hoopla) to get as many movies as I could for June. 

Finished 'BRAVEHEART' (Kanopy- borrowed yesterday). Directed by Mel Gibson. The film seemed designed to be a vehicle to turn an historical character into a myth. 'Freedom' is a ridiculous concept to describe any group and especially a 'nation'. How my 'Freedom' impinges upon your 'Freedom' is the much larger issue. 

Watched 'THE ITALIAN JOB' (Hoopla). A reasonably well done Heist Film concerning the theft of numerous bars of gold to be transported in three Mini-Coopers;  with Mark Wahlberg, Charlize Theron, Edward Norton, Jason Statham, Mos Def, Donald Sutherland. 7 wins & 9 nominations. "68" Metascore and I would peg it slightly higher at "74".

1210pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. 

1240pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; a forgettable 'COLD CASE FILES' (Amazon Prime); began MARC MARON on TYSO.

Finished 'MARCELLA' (Netflix).  I left a note in 'drafts' to watch season #3 of this series at some time in the future.

Began 'CRIMINAL CODE' (Netflix- season #2). I shut it down 7 minutes into episode #1. Another Police Procedural and this one is filmed in Brazil.TRIVIA: "The most expensive series ever produced by Netflix in Brazil".

Complain to 'allmusic'; commercial free- fuck?

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
