 Sa 1/31/26

655am {1/2 'Extreme Chill' 'Wedding Cake' DiamondCBD 150 mg: 75 mg total}. 7am (GB: 6 rips/ Tropicanna).  755am (4 hits-B: Penny Lane Sativa). 10am (GB: 6 nice rips/ Penny Lane Sativa). 1235pm (GB: 5 deep rips/  Penny Lane Sativa). 215pm (GB: 3 rips/ Penny Lane Sativa). 435pm (GB: 3 rips/ Tropicanna). 535pm (GB: 5 rips/ Penny Lane Sativa). 815pn (I had a few rips on the GB and then took it upstairs and put the stem & bowl in a ziplock bag with rubbing alcohol & salt for an overnight soak; a couple of hits on the LB/ Tropicanna).

Up 6am: Partly sunny with temps to low 20's.

Watched 'SUJO' (Kanopy- final pick of the month). An Art Film about the psychic damage done by the pervasive Mexican cartels.  It's a primitive kind of neo-Feudalism where all rules are decided by an invisible 'lord of the manor' who also happens to be a gangster. A scicarrio is killed by the cartel and his innocent 4 year old son is also sentenced to death. Sujo is the boy and it's his story presented almost as a dream-like and magical spell. "78" Metascore and I would go to "82".  in a dream-like almost fable presentation. Filmed in Guanajuato, Mexico which is in central Mexico about 235 miles northwest of Mexico City.

Watched 'THE DEEP BLUE SEA' (Hoopla- last pick of the month). Set in post WWII London and it's about a woman who is married to a rich judge, but the relationship is dull and she wants more. She leaves her hubby and takes up with a sexy guy who takes emotional advantage of her. She makes a suicide attempt, but he still rejects her in the end. We feel her pain; with Rachel Weisz, Tom Hiddleston, Ann Mitchell. Directed by Terence Davis. "82" Metascore and it got a single "100" and no score lower than "70". I'd go to "91".

1225pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill.

1240pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; MARJORIE TAYLOR GREENE & JOE SCARSBOUROUGH on BILL MAHER; TUESDAYS WITH STORIES.

Reading & finished 'MAKING A KILLING'-a gay Agatha Christie mystery.

440pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; audiobook 'MONEY LIES AND GOD'

540pm: In the tub to begin 'NOT BY THE SWORD' by Kathryn Watterson and listening to JOHN COLTRANE- 'Blue Train'; JOHN MAYALL- 'A Hard Road'; JOHNNY WINTER- 1st on Columbia/ 'Roots'.

***Another request for a restart. This seemed to take longer and I hope the issues have been resolved.

More BOBBY LEE on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

More 'ENFIELD HAUNTING' (Amazon Prime). I shut it down 8 minutes into episode #3. Somewhat like a less dramatic and very English 'THE EXORCIST' and I'm hooked.
