Up 445am after a '4 Beer' night. High 40's early and rain forecast for later this morning.

Watched THE DAY I MET EL CHAPO; Mexican soap star, Kate del Castillo talks about her meeting the the international drug lord (and Sean Penn's help/interference). 2 episodes, and then another MINDHUNTER.

On the couch to read and wait for Tiger Plumbing to do the maintenance check on the furnace (appointment between 11am-1pm). Just after 1pm I got a call and they would be late. I told the guy to call me back if it would be much after 2pm. He called around two, and I decided that we'd try it again next Thursday at the same times. Wasted the lion's share of the fucking day waiting around.

2pm on the machines at FitClub. 30" Walk. 3.5/0. 45" Recumbent Bike. 45" Cross. 4 machines. 30" Old Style Cross. Whirlpool. The ankle is definitely getting worse, and I'm not doing nearly as much as I used to do.

A cup of coffee and read more of COUNTERPARTS. Will stream I CALLED HIM MORGAN for tonight. Tattoo and Book Club tomorrow....another jam-packed day! No go with I CALLED HIM MORGAN, so I watched STICKY NOTES with Ray Liotta.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
