Up 515am; Warmish and overcast; 40's mid early, to high 50's.
Couldn't find the smartphone and had to call on the landline to find it- in the gym bag.

Watching HANNIBAL, Amazon Prime. Absolutely fascinating, and shocked (but not surprised) to learn that it was Gary Oldman behind the makeup. And, Ray Liotta eating a slice of his own freshly fried brain was one for the books.

930am; reading TRUE EVIL on the couch; up too early... 
1230pm I got up to write the Chat Wrap. The computer was in 'sleep', and when it booted up, not all of the screen was visible. I restarted and back to normal. 'Sleep' has never been safe with this machine- why?

130pm Sent the Wrap and heading to Planet Fitness. 45" Walk. 3.5/0. 45" Recumbent Bike (TRUE EVIL). 45" Cross. 30" Bike (JUDGE JUDY/ read). 30" Cross.

Home to soak for an hour and listened to Louis Armstrong's band and reading more Greg Isles. 
Will start with Netflix disc, FLORENCE FOSTER JENKINS. 35" of the disc, then switched to POCO- THEIR REALITY, about the Country/ Rock Band 'Poco'- The pedal-steel guy talks about his days in POCO- only mildly interesting, and fast forwarded thru most of it. 

 Then, THE NEW YORKER PRESENTS- 'The Truman Show Delusion', then Paul Giamatti "Coffee"; We Could Have Prevented 9/11- '...He said, She said, ...I know they didn't...'- very dull for what they were implying. And then, Season 2, first episode of , CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}. Pk northside, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 35 MINUTES; ORNETTE COLEMAN Playlist; began a J.R.E. with an English podcaster. 9am: Janny called and they will be here after their appointment with Dax at 10am.   Watched more of 'HIGH TIDES' (Netflix)- The Belgian soap opera of 'all the beautiful people'. 1045am- 1235pm: She met one of her students who was a girl who is now a man. We exchanged books & Joe recommended an 'oiler' that fits under the belt of a treadmill. Melissa is now '2nd in command' at the Illinois Parole Board...
