Up in bed reading 415am, and out around 515am. DEEP FREEZE; temps in the low teens early, but to drop below zero later. Weather Alerts begin to get serious after 6pm tonight.

Watching Netflix disc, A GHOST STORY (530AM). Then all the 'bonus features' of this truly 'haunting' movie; I want more by David Lowery!

Next, "PRND, Park/ Reverse/ Neutral/ Drive". How odd and what a fantastic Double Feature; it's about a haunted car and explores 'Uber Driver Apprehension'. 1015am to the 'Y'.  

The place was packed! It clears out by noon, but I'll have to remember NEVER to arrive on a Saturday morning. 45" Walk. 3.7/0 (When I arrived about 1040am, every treadmill and cross trainer was in use! Five minutes on a stationary bike, and I got the next treadmill). 45" Recumbent Bike (THE SCARECROW and it seems that the wifi has been upgraded. I could use the 'Google Play' and read emails, but the 'Google Search' wouldn't work...whatdafuck?). 45" Cross. 30" Bike. 30" Cross. 10" in the nice hot steam room. 
Home to read more of the Connelly novel and listen to 2 tapes (1'30"). Emptied the cat box and did the laundry. 

BLACK MIRROR on Netflix is back with a bunch of movie length segments! But, will finish the remaining hour of THE YARDBIRDS on Amazon Prime first. BLACK MIRROR- 'Metalhead' (42") Shot in Black'N'White- Distopian Future; Exploration of a warehouse by survivors?, and the "insects/ robotics" are unleashed....all over teddy bears??? Artfully very-well done. Then more, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, and a few minutes with a  Youtube interview with Larry David by Charlie Rose.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
