Up 710am; Showers on and off thru the late morning and early afternoon; to high 40's.

Wrote up 'THE CROCODILE BIRD' for the blog.

Watched 'IT FOLLOWS' on Netflix, and it's just as good as I remembered. This is one of my most favorite horror/ thriller films.

1115am- downstairs to see if I can get the DVD player to work. I got it back in about ten minutes, but once again, I really have no idea what I did. However, at 'the setup' on the TV, I need to be at 'HDMI2'- this is the root of the problem, but I don't know why, or how, or what the fuck.

Then watched 'CARNAGE' (Amazon Prime); Kate Winslet/ Christopher Waltz/ Jodie Foster/ John C. Reilly. A delightful contemporary comedy of manners set in Brooklyn. Their sons' have been in an altercation and one of the boys lost two teeth- what's the politically correct course of action in this situation?

Checked 'My Spending Acct' and it looks like I really was reimbursed for the stuff that I submitted in late February. Will stop and have copies made of the form that I need, and I'll send in the new claim early next week.

215pm- To FitClub South/ some groceries and beer after the workout.

To DVD player turned on flawlessly- this apparatus is far too finicky. Watched,  'PET SEMATARY' (Amazon Prime). I watched over half, but just too corny, and although Steven King wrote the screenplay, and had a cameo in the film (as a reverend presiding at a burial), I think this might be better 'read' than 'seen'.....

Switched to 'LO SOUND DESERT' (Amazon Prime)  A documentary about the punk scene in Palm Springs, CA during the 70's and 80's.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
