We 10/24/18- Dental Checkup (1st time at new office)/ Book Club Tonight

Up 615am; another sunny day in the fifties.

Watched 'THE ASSIGNMENT' (Amazon Prime). Macho hit-man, Frank Kitchen (Michelle Rodriguez plays 'Frank' both as man and woman) is kidnapped and forced to undergo a gender reassignment by evil plastic surgeon, Dr. Rachel Jane (played by Sigourney Weaver). The doctor performs the gender switch on Frank because he carried out a hit on her brother. Standard 'hard guy' action and dialog, but the premise is positively WTF, and that makes it 'worth a look'.

940am- cramming for tonight's meeting. Will leave for the new dentist's office about 1030am for the 11am appointment.
Arrived at the new office by 1050am and was in to see the technician in just a few minutes. Talked about the 'blood blisters' from last time and due to a small sore on the left side of tongue I thought that they were back- they weren't. Charged too much, and had to do a credit on the card. CHECK TO SEE THAT IT WAS DONE.
On the machines at the 'Y' just before noon. 45" Walk. 45" Recumbent Bike (MILES/ read 'THE ROUND HOUSE'). 45" Cross. 45" Bike (read/ RHWO New Jersey- Reality TV all workout). 30" Cross.
Home to read for just over an hour and finished skimming.
645pm to the meeting. Anne was on vacation, so we led ourselves. All members either liked or loved the book. Anne Tyler for next month.

Home to watch 3 episodes of 'HOT DATE' (Netflix), then a few of 'LOCKUP RAW'..

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
