Slept until 820am!!! Sunny, breezy, to mid 50's.

Watched 'POLYTECHNIQUE' (Amazon Prime) I had thought that this was a French Canadian film, but it wasn't, and it concerned the Montreal Massacre of December 6, 1989. An 'anti-feminist' armed with a semiautomatic rifle and a hunting knife entered a Canadian college and shot 28 people, killing 14 women, before committing suicide. He targeted a mechanical engineering classroom because some of these students were women. He separated the class by sex, and then shot down all of the women. Although the film is only 77 minutes, it's a harrowing and absorbing work; Denis Villeneuve (dir.) also did 'BLADE RUNNER 2049'.

Messed around on the PC, began 'THE LITTLE DRUMMER GIRL' on Xfinity (AMC), but the jerkiness was unacceptable.

Reading 'THE WHISPERER' 1215pm, and on the machines at the 'Y' by 2pm.

But, the hardwired cords don't do it. Maybe will just get better 'hardwired' and use the Bluetooth for the videos). 45" Cross. 45" Bike. 30" Cross. Saw the 'hippie neighbor' from across the street, I don't know what he was working-out on?

$62 at County Market/ Fairhills. Home to soak and listen to Husker Du and read more Grisham.

Another 'GET SHORTY' for tonight, and then a 'COLD JUSTICE'.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
