Th 11/29/18
Up 7am; Mostly cloudy to low 40's.
Watched 'HOSTILES'- Netflix (Rosamund Pike/ Christian Bale). Set in the Wild West of 1893, an army officer on the eve of retirement is forced to relocate an old Indian chief and a few of his family members from New Mexico to Montana. The chief had spent many years in jail and he had received a pardon from the president so that he could return to his homeland to die. They meet a young woman whose family was slaughtered by a roving Indian band and she joins the caravan.
Then an episode of 'SEARCH FOR JUSTICE'- The documentary was about Ronald Dalton, a man from Newfoundland who 1n 1989 was convicted of strangling his wife, but really she had chocked to death on some cereal. He served twelve years in prison because an emergency room doctor intubated his wife incorrectly, and the coroner who ruled that the death was a homicide had no training in forensics; "It happened to me, it could happen to you".
Reading by 1245pm- 'LET IT BLEED'. 215pm on the road to Planet Fitness. 45" Walk (Last episode of THE SINNER- a very fine 'Why Done It'. Jessica Biel's best work yet!!! 45" Recumbent Bike (read Ian Rankin and listened to a soul singer on Amazon).
Cindy texted me about 'Bag End Speakers' and talk
about her, Chris, and Ryan with various stars; Freedy Johnston, The Supremes....
45" Cross (THE GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE). 45" Bike (read/ texted). 30" Cross (THE GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE).
Over to County Market/ Fairhills for $52. Dropped a fifteen pack of Black Ice and didn't recover one can. I think I ran over the fucker as I was backing out.
In the tub with 'LET IT BLEED' and 'DIARY OF A MAD HOUSEWIFE'- Amy Rigby.
Will watch the first episode of PATRIOT Amazon Prime. Strange story about American intelligence operatives who work within US businesses in foreign countries. But, the agents are very neurotic.
Then, a couple of 'THE KOMINSKY METHOD'.....Awoke in the chair at 1245pm.....
