Up 715am; Had a sandwich after only one bowl of 'casserole' last night- Awoke in the chair...."It's the same old song, with a ...."

Partly cloudy, temps to the high 30's.

Watched 'JEREMIAH JOHNSON' (Amazon Prime). 1972- Sydney Pollack (dir.)/ John Milius (writer). A Classic American film- Mythic, Moving, Melancholy; very little dialog!

Watched a five minute interview with Sydney Pollack about the movie on YouTube, and part of another YouTube interview with Robert Redford.

1115am- computer on 'Sleep'/ reading 'A WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES'/ later Weekly cleanup and LA Fitness.
2pm on the machines at LA Fitness. 45" Walk. (THE GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE). 45" Recumbent Bike (read/ Live Graham Parker and the Episodes). 45" Cross (TIDELANDERS). 45" Bike (TIDELANDERS/ and finished 'A WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES'- an excellent Mathew Scudder novel). 30" (UNBREAKABLE).

$52 groceries/ Fairhills County Market.

Home to call Elsie's. 'I just wanna go to bed'- way more out of it than usual. Lannie really had her hands full tonight.

I wanted to watch a documentary on Graham Parker on Hoopla, but when I checked to make sure that it wasn't available on Netflix or Amazon- and it wasn't- I tried to download it, but the library had exceeded its' downloads for today.

I watched a movie on Xfinity on the downstairs PC- 'DARK CRIMES'; Jim Carrey as a Polish detective who is tracking an author who lived above an S& M Club and murdered a man. The detective caught him because he was familiar with the guy's fiction. It was all  in his novel.  Then, an episode of ' CUCKOO'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
