Mo 1 /14/19

Up 6am; single digits early; cloudy to about 30.

Re-watched most of 'THE LAST LAUGH' because I apparently wasn't paying enough attention last night.

Then watched 'Mientras Duermes' ('SLEEP TIGHT') (Amazon Prime) Luis Tosar in a Spanish thriller about a concierge in an apartment building in Barcelona. He is obsessed with a young woman and invades her room and sleeps beneath her bed at night. And, his creepy behavior escalates. I was pleasantly surprise by how good this was.

Wrote the Chat Wrap.

Will read for a bit and in the Accord by 1230pm; hit the 'Y' by 1245pm.
45"Walk (Reality TV all Workout). 45" Bike. 45" Cross. 30" Bike. 45" Cross. A little bit of a change-up, but it's getting crowded with people and their New Year's Resolutions...I'm over 35 years into this trend.
Home to read downstairs for over an hour and listened to the World Saxophone Quartet.
Into the tub to listen to an early live Sonic Youth (Sonic Death) and sat in the tub for over an hour and finished 'POWDER'. I really got into this novel, and the band breaks up Live and On Stage (just like Ziggy and The Spiders From Mars), and the last song they play is the Velvet's... 'WHO LOVES THE SUN'.

'MASSACRE AT THE STADIUM' (Netflix). A seventy minute bio/pic of Victor Jara, the Chilean Bob Dylan who campaigned for Allende and was executed by Pinochet's military. Nixon and Kissinger were terrified that a democratically elected socialist would spark reform in South America, so they called in the dogs of the CIA.

A 4 beer night...keep'em coming
