Up 620am; we got an additional inch last night. Westview has not been plowed (and an additional inch between early this morning and now- 11am), but looks passable. Snow is still in the forecast until late this morning- Cloudy and temps won't crack 30.
Watched 'BLOOD DIAMOND' (Netflix) Leonardo Dicaprio as an Rhodesian mercenary in a political war/thriller whose character is involved in the 'blood diamond' trade. He teams up with a black fisherman who has hidden a one hundred caret diamond when he was abducted by black freedom fighters. A little on the preachy side, but still worth a look; one of Dicaprio's better roles.
Will do the Weekly Cleaning and then to Planet Fitness. I want to be back home before dark because the roads are dicey (and icy!).
AND AT NOON THE PLOWS ROLLED THROUGH....I don't think I could have been more surprised if I had seen a giraffe stroll up the street.
1205pm I re-shoveled the drive and walk, and the barrier of snow left by the plows. And on the machines at LA Fitness by 1245pm.

When I got home I called Elsie's and he would not talk! He had just gotten up from a nap and Lannie said that I should call back in 30". Of course, I got a busy because he was talking to Janny. We did the usual three minutes and he didn't remember anything.
Soaked and read more 'POWDER' and listened to Hendrix, 'ARE YOU EXPERIENCED'?
'THE LAST LAUGH' (Netflix) Chevy Chase/Richard Dreyfuss/ Andie MacDowell; "Not Old, we're 'Pre-Dead'." Dryefuss is the comedian making a comeback after fifty years as a podiatrist and Chase is the manager. Not Bad.
