Sa 10/19/19- Lost Sound PC Living Room!!
Up 710am: Sunny to high 60's.
Yesterday's attempt to use the phone with the speaker bar made the PC drop ALL sound! I will call Sundown when they open at 10am.
Downstairs to watch Netflix disc, 'NOW YOU SEE ME 2'. Four magicians or consummate artists of sleight of hand resurface (this is a sequel) and mastermind an elaborate heist to steal a computer chip that would allow the user to hack into any computer system known to man and end online privacy as we know it. Only mildly entertaining, and close to a comic book superhero type of film, however it has a stellar cast; with Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Dave franco, Daniel Radcliffe, Michael Caine, and Lizzy Caplan.
I called Sundown and it will cost $95 and they can't get to me until October 28th at 130pm. I gave Geek Squad a call and hung up in desperation. I called Best Buy, and they connected me to corporate office, where I was put on hold for far too long. I didn't get a price, but decided to give some local computer guys a shot.
I remembered that I had a number from Nextdoor and I called Kimberly Meyer- Electronics Expert/ Audio Installation 217 299 4741 and spoke with her husband. He is a farmer and retired corrections officer, but has a background in audio installations. I texted him my name and number and he'll give me a call on Monday. He's only fifty bucks on the high end. I hope he can do it!
Did a Truthfinder.com search and learned that I might be related to Teresa Y. Schaefer. Could this be Terry? It cost $27.78...no thanks. Possibly married to William A. Schaefer? I couldn't verify the marriage, but I found Terry's Facebook and T. Schaefer is most definitely her!
Ran some cleaning applications because I don't know what was left on the PC after all the 'searching for Terry Schaefer', and shutdown to mow the lawn 2pm.
Finished the last mow of the season (ran the tank dry), and on the machines at Planet Fitness (after dropping off the disc) by 345pm.
45" Walk (WTF- James Hetfield of Metallica. His parents were Christian Scientists and both died of cancer without medical aid!). 45" Recumbent Bike (Read 'THE KINSHIP OF SECRETS'/ BONNIE RAITT). 45" Cross (TWO SENTENCE HORROR STORIES/ UNDERCOVER). 30" Walk (The last episode of 'I'M SORRY'- Season 2). 30" Cross (Finished the James Hetfield interview).
$57 at County Market/ Fairhills. Home to soak and read more Korean adventure and listened to OZZY OSBOURNE/THE HIVES.
The next episode of 'BREAKING BAD' (Netflix), and then two episodes of , 'COMEDIANS GETTING COFFEE'.
