Up 640am: Cloudy with rain beginning around noon and rainy the rest of the day- to low 70's.

Notified Netflix that 'MILE 22' has not been received. They'll send the next disc available.

Watched 'SNATCH' (Amazon Prime) Guy Richie directs a classic English gangster romp. A diamond as big as a baby's fist is stolen in Antwerp, and then stolen again and again and again; with Benicio del Toro, Dennis Farina, Vinnie Jones, Jason Statham, and Brad Pitt is fantastic as a gypsy bare-knuckle fighter.

Then, 'HOME IS WHERE THE KILLER IS' (Netflix) A lonely female doctor rents a room to a young woman, and takes over her life. Stars two actresses from 'THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS', and the movie feels much like a soap opera. Just barely OK.

1230pm: PC is on 'Restart' for the updates and reading 'THE TARGET' on the couch.

To Walmart to exchange the five pot coffee pot for a twelve....They were the same price!! I had planned to visit the phone store, but didn't work out. I'll research a new phone online.

Home to read more Baldacci and listen to MATERIAL-'Memory Serves' downstairs. Then in the tub with 'THE TARGET' and listen to BILL LASWELL, NICKELBACK, STIFF LITTLE FINGERS.

*******I have never been satisfied with the keyboard on my phone and I downloaded another model, but realized that all I had to do is increase the size of the one I am using. It's highly rated and now it's perfectly fine. I'll just have to practice more of the thumb typing.

The final episode of 'COLD CASE FILES' (Netflix)   In 1987 an elderly black woman in Columbus Ohio answers the door and is murdered by knife. It takes 30 years to unravel. Then two episodes of 'COMEDIANS IN CARS GETTING COFFEE'.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
