Up 650am: Sunny, to about 50.
Watched 'THE KING' (Netflix) Henry IV's son is a bit of a wastrel, but he takes the throne after the death of his father and wins the Battle of Agincourt in 1415. A well-acted, better than average film that mixes court intrigue and epic medieval battle scenes; with Ben Mendelsohn, Timothee Chalamet, Joel Edgerton (he co-wrote and produced and Brad Pitt was also a co-producer), and Lily-Rose Depp (Johnny Depp's daughter).
****Added all of 'THE CHEESE STANDS ALONE' from Dropbox to the Toshiba portable drive. I had needed to do this for ages, and it only took a few minutes.
After the film culled some stuff from Dropbox.
Then, 'BLUEBERRY NIGHTS' (Amazon Prime) A romantic film that kind of misses the mark by Hong Kong director, Wong Kar-Wai. A young woman in NYC is jilted by her lover and becomes friends with a man who runs the local all night diner. They both feel an attraction, but she inexplicably leaves and settles in Memphis, and then briefly in Ely and Las Vegas, Nevada. And, then, 300 days later, she returns to NYC to connect with the diner owner; with Norah Jones, Jude Law, David Strathairn, Rachel Weisz, Natalie Portman, and Chan Marshall (Cat Power).
Learned by email that the YSA account approved my $435 co-pay reimbursement!!!
Watched a 25" interview with Michael Stipe and Mike Mills about making the record, 'MONSTER', 25 years later.
215pm: Did about a half hour of raking pine needles to the flower beds. It seems most have already fallen.
On the machines at LA Fitness by 315pm. 45" Walk (ATYPICAL). 45" Recumbent Bike (Read 'THE THIRST', listened to SUZI QUATRO). 45" Cross (ATYPICAL). 30" Walk (Watched YouTube video about Marc Bolan). 30" Cross (TV),
Home to soak and more Jo Nesbo and SIMON & GARFUNKEL and SKELETONS AND THE GIRL FACED BOYS.
The next episode of Season 4 'BREAKING BAD' (Netflix). Then a YouTube video documentary about Prince.
