Up 720am: Sunny with temps to low 50's. It might be over 60 degrees on Christmas Day!
Watched, 'LIGHT OF MY LIFE' (Amazon Prime)
****I got a call from the doctor's office that they could boost my appointment from 4pm to 1115am, and I took it. I told the nurse about the 'Positive' colon-rectal scan and she said that because they removed polyps the last time, I should have the colonoscopy done.
*****New battery in the mouse.
1015am: PC is 'Off' and I'll leave 1030am. Car Wash/ Workout/ Grocery Shopping.
Right to the office on the 2nd Floor, East and got in right at 1115am. No exam, just blood pressure. She went over the procedure for taking the laxatives before the event. She gave me a bunch of possible dates, and I said that I'd call Tuesday or Thursday. All of them were in the second or third week of January.
I went downstairs to the billing office to try to find out if I could pay the 'blood work' bill. Waited there more than upstairs, and got such a confusing answer that I'm not even sure that the insurance will cover the colonoscopy....but, I'm pretty sure the Ellison would not 'refer' me to a doctor that was not on my plan. I'll have to chase this down after the Xmas holiday.
Then drove to Green on Wabash and got the car wash. Temps were in the mid 50's and the clerk acted as if it was below 40.
On the machines at the 'Y' by 145pm. 45" Walk.
***In the hall calling 'the blood work outfit' and paid by credit card. They'll send the receipt so that I can get reimbursed. No fucking help on trying to find out if Dr. Peterson was properly 'referred'. The said he can't be 'referred', because he's my doctor. Fucking Idiots!.
Then 45" Cross (TV all workout). 45" Walk. 30" Upright Bike. 30" Cross: 2 periods of 45" on the Tread.
Called Janny from the 'Y' parking lot and she said that they would prefer a Thursday. Bo is sick and Xmas is kind of up in the air. Maybe I'll meet them at Jamie's. I will call tomorrow after I firm up the date of the colonoscopy.
To the County Market/ Fairhills: $65.
Home to soak in the tub and more BOSCH and listened to two new bands that were given to me on the "HOMEPAGE" at Amazon Music; THE ARCS and THE DEAD WEATHER.
The next 'BREAKING BAD' (Netflix)
Then a YouTube documentary, 'JAMES BROWN- THE GODFATHER OF SOUL'; only about twenty minutes of this and then..
Most of , 'THE RETEMPTION PROJECT'; an Oxy addict is driving with the sun in his eyes, he's slightly high, but a guy on a riding lawnmower it in his lane. As he crests a hill, he hits the guy and lawnmower man dies. The driver is in prison with his addiction and his 'mistake'.......
