Up 710am: Very light snow showers till about 8am, then cloudy with temps to about freezing. One to three inches predicted for Sunday night and Monday.

Watched, 'CUT BANK' (Netflix)  A fairly enjoyable black comedy/ film-noir about a scam to videotape the murder of the town's mailman and collect $100,000 in federal reward money, but things go awry; with Bruce Dern, John Malkovich, Billy Bob Thornton, and Oliver Platt.

1215pm: I called Mitch and the guys won't make it today. I texted back that they should come back when the ground dries out and the snow melts. They should call on the day that they can do the job.

Then, 'HYENA ROAD' (IMDB TV) An excellent Action/ War movie about Canadian participation in the Afghanistan war. SUBPLOTS: (1) Female captain and male warrant officer are secret lovers, and she learns that she's pregnant. (2) Afghani warlord, The Ghost, who helped the Taliban against the Russians had retired, but he comes back to help the Canadians. His son was a farmer who was growing poppies for a local leader. He pays $5000 and after the crop is sold he gets to keep anything over five grand. His fields are destroyed during the fighting, but the boss wants his money, so he kidnaps the man's two young daughters to sell into slavery. After the warrant officer is killed, the Canadians get the girls back; with Donald Sutherland's son, Rossif Sutherland, and the rest of the exceptional cast were Canadian that I had not seen before.

Home to empty the litter box and then read downstairs for an hour and listen to STEVE EARLE 'Jerusalem'. Then in the tub and finished, 'HOW TO BEHAVE IN A CROWD' and listen to 38 SPECIAL and ORNETTE COLEMAN.

The next 'BREAKING BAD' (Netflix). Then some short YouTube documentaries about 'BREAKING BAD' Season 2.... Then a YouTube doc  about Steve Marriott and The Faces....Then the last episode of Season I  Amazon Prime of,  'FLEABAG'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
