Up 730am: Partly cloudy with temps to mid 40's.

Watched, 'THE SHOT CALLER' (Netflix) After a law abiding stock broker is sentenced to seven years for vehicular manslaughter, he becomes a kingpin in the indigenous gang structure of California's prison system. This is a powerful and suspenseful addition to the 'prison film' genre; with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as the star of the film.

Then I watched, 'ANIMALS' (Amazon Prime) Duke and Bobbi are junkies living in Chicago and short cons and petty theft are their methods of survival, but there's nowhere to go but down; with David Dastmalchian (he wrote and starred), Kim Shaw, and John Heard (the only 'big' star). Not a bad 'Junkie Genre' film.

I hung the Xmas wreath on the front door. How Festive!!

215pm: The car wash at Green on Vets is open for business! Will get the car cleaned and workout at LA Fitness.

When I got to the Green car wash the sign said 'Closed'. I drove to LA Fitness and before I went in I called and realized that I was calling the Green on Dirksen and their car was WAS open. She told me that I could go to any 'Green' location and she told me that there was a branch on west Wabash. I'll go to the 'Y' tomorrow and get a wash on the way.

On the machines at LA Fitness at 250pm. 45" Walk (WHO KILLED GREGORY?). 45" Recumbent Bike (Read'THE HUNGER' listened to Van Morrison, 'DOWN THE ROAD'). 45" Cross (GREGORY). 30" Walked (Finished 'WHO KILLED GREGORY?). 30" Precor Cross (TV).

Home to soak and started an Alice McDermott, but switched back to 'THE HUNGER'.

******Very Slow Internet***** I checked at Xfinity Speed Test and it was below 1MBps!!!  Within a half hour I didn't get higher than 11 Mbps. I learned that Google Play is more reliable than Amazon Music when the connection is poor. At 805pm my Upload Speed according to Google and Xfinity Speed Test is slightly over 100MBps.

The next episode of Season 2 'BREAKING BAD'. Then finished watching, 'THE ROLLING STONES- UNDER REVIEW; 1975- 1983 (Amazon Prime).

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
