Up 8am: Mostly cloudy temps close to 40.
Watched, 'THE HUNTED' (Hoopla)."An FBI deep-woods tracker attempts to capture a trained assassin who has made a sport of hunting humans". Some totally excellent knife fighting sequences, but elements of the film are completely implausible. When the fleeing assassin creates a forge heated with sticks and twigs that's hot enough to create a knife while while being chased by a federal air, land, and sea dragnet is so unreal it's laughable; with Tommy Lee Jones, Benicio Del Toro, and directed by William Friedkin.
Then watched, 'CHLOE' (Netflix). A woman suspects her husband is cheating so she engages an escort to temp him. The sex worker turns out to be a sociopath who lies about the husband, and initiates affairs with the woman and her son. An unconventional, steamy thriller that's set in beautiful Toronto, Canada; with Julianne Moore, Amanda Seyfried, and Liam Neeson- Dir. Atom Egoyan.
