Up 715 am: Overcast, but it looks like we dodged the fierce storms. No water downstairs. Temps to mid 70's.
Watched Netflix disc, 'A SOMEWHAT GENTLE MAN'. A very dry and droll film about a Norwegian man just released from prison. His gang leader gets him a job as a mechanic and the sex has never been easier; with Stellan Skarsgard.

The watched, 'THE FIRST PURGE' (Xfinity). I had seen this before, but 'kind of worth' a second viewing. THE NEW FOUNDING FATHERS OF AMERICA is the dominant new American political party and selects Staten Island as the place to implement a massive social experiment. To dissipate anger and rage, the citizens of Staten Island are free to act on their violent impulses for a night without legal consequences, but the people are unaware that the government has brought in private militia groups to commit genocide on minorities.
Watched a 'JOE ROGAN EXPERIENCE' where he interviews a black man who interviewed the head of the Maryland Ku Klux Klan.
2 pm: Will read, 'THE HOT KID'- Elmore Leonard and walk later.
405 pm on the street: Up Westview and Oakmont to Pebble Beach. Then east to Chatham and straight south to the Wabash PO box. Back north on Chatham to east on Iles. North along Golf and over to Oakmont and down Westview to 940: TWO HOURS AND TEN MINUTES; Mp3- HENRY THREADGILL, JACK BRUCE, and JETHRO TULL- 'Stand Up'.
Into the tub with more ELMORE LEONARD and listened to TALKING HEADS and LENNY KRAVITZ.
Watched two episodes of, 'TRUE LIFE CRIME' (MTV- Xfinity). The Kenneka Jenkins Case; a nineteen year old Chicago woman dies in a hotel freezer, dead drunk. Her family suspects foul play, yet no evidence supports this. And the next one...A fifteen year old boy from South Bronx is pulled out of a bodega and butchered on the street by a Puerto Rican street gang. His only crime is that he didn't know the gang's password.
And finally, the last episode of Season 9 of, 'CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM' (Xfinity-HBO). "Your thank you is NOT commiserate with the favor"!!
