Mo 5/18/2020- Overindulged last night!
Slept until almost 10 am because I was up until 3 am sippin' suds. Cloudy, cooler, with a slight chance of rain later this afternoon- high 50's. Ran the shop vac and the 'Stones Corner' is still very wet, also behind the PC, and along the sump trench near the door. It's still too wet to use the fans- maybe later this afternoon.
Wrote up, 'THE HOT KID'- Elmore Leonard for the blog.
Watched, 'HEADSHOT' (Kanopy). A cop is blackmailed by a powerful Thai politician and is subsequently approached to become an agent for an organization that executes those who act as if they are above the law. After being shot in the head his vision is turned upside-down, and finally he becomes a monk. The film's tone is dreamy and intentionally disjointed.

Downstairs for another pass with the shop vac. No more water standing in the worst areas and I got a fan going in the 'Stones/TV DVD' area.
Wrote 'The Damp Wrap' and sent it off.
Then, another episode of 'WACO' (Netflix).
415 pm: PC is Off and will take another swipe with the vac downstairs and hit the streets.
445 pm: On The Street. Down Westview and east on Lawrence to Edwards. Edwards to Pasfield and south across South Grand. Meandered around and headed west on Laurel. Across Chatham Rd. and 'by the two mansions', Oakmont, Parkview, and down to 940: TWO HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES; Mp3- WHITE STRIPES, Youssou N'Dour, and 'Beggar's Banquet'- STONES.
Another swipe with the vac, then in the tub with 'UNCANNY'- Andrew Klavan. Didn't like it, and liked even less when I learned of his conservative views. I'll settle on something else. Listened to GREG ALLMAN- 'I'm No Angel' and BECK- 'Guero'.
Upstairs until the downstairs is dry. Watched 'TRIAL BY MEDIA' (Netflix)- '41 SHOTS'. Four plain clothes cops gun down an African man outside of his apartment in Bronx, NY. They are found not guilty. The court venue was changed to a town in upstate New York. Mayhem ensued.
Then watched half of another episode of, 'UGLY DELICIOUS' (Netflix). American Chinese Food vs. Real Chinese Food.
