Up 650 am: Bright and sunny with temps to mid 80's.

Added 6 albums to Mp3: THE POGUES, TALKING HEADS, SCREAMING TREES, KINGS OF LEON, X, and IAN HUNTER.

Watched Netflix disc, 'BROTHERS'. A remake of a Danish film, 'BRODURE'. A tale of two brothers- one lacks direction and the other is a Marine captain with a wife and two young daughters. When the captain is presumed dead in Afghanistan,  the other brother starts to become closer to his nieces and sister-in-law. Then the captain returns...Very dramatic and the two little girls were amazing.

Then watched, 'CLUELESS' (Dropped on Netflix last week). A campy, yet not unpleasant romp about Beverly Hills High School's most entitled and most clueless denizens; with Alicia Silverstone, Stacey Dash, Brittany Murphy, Paul Rudd, Jeremy Sisto, and Wallace Shawn.

1 pm: Read for a while then an early walk downtown to mail the Netflix DISC. FINISHED 'THE POPE PROJECT. 

355 pm. Out the door. To Lawrence and Edwards east to Monroe P0. Up to the pot shop and the boards had been removed from the $50,000 windows. West on Monroe and South on alley a block east of MacArthur. Wash. Pk. up hill. Parkview down to 940. 2 HRS 5 MINS. Listened to Kings of Leon and Ian Hunter.

In the tub with, The 4th DEADLY SIN. Listened to BB King, The Avers, and Dr. Dog.

Watched, 'REAL CRIME: DIAMOND GEEZERS' (Netflix). Sophisticated theft ring attempts to use a boat to steal the world's most precious diamond collection at the River Thames in London. Very gung-ho police. 

Then the last 45" of, 'BLOW' (Netflix). Johnny Depp's portrayal of a drug lord who loves his daughter. The actor heavy-set actor that played 'Tuna' in 'BLOW' also had a role in this morning's movie, 'BROTHERS'.

I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
