Up 730am: Cloudy with showers beginning late this afternoon- low 80's.

Watched 'I'M THINKING OF ENDING THINGS' (Netflix). A very strange Art Film about a young couple who embark on a road trip during a blizzard to visit his parents for the first time. I'm not sure what it is supposed to mean and it's not even clear if it's meant to be a coherent whole, but I liked it; with Jesse Plemons (BREAKING BAD), Jessie Buckley, Toni Collette, and David Thewlis.

I tried to find out if I could get a flu shot when I do the physical on Tuesday, but when I called their office I learned that today was Labor Day. 

Wrote the Weekly Wrap and sent it. 

Then I watched 'CORONA' (Hoopla). The first film to deal with COVID 19 as a plot element. The movie was shot mid February, 2020, but it's not very good and not very believable. Seven people trapped on an elevator, a baby is delivered, and ethics, racism, and entitlement are discussed. And, an old man in a wheelchair has a swastika on his forehead. 

***Even though it said that my updates were up to date after yesterday's massive download, today it says that I have more to go. 130pm...Let Em rip!

It took about an hour, and after the restart it still says that the Status is 'Installing'. It's at 74% and I'll just let it go to 100%. It looks as if 'Windows 2004' is installed but why is it still installing? I think that this time it is complete.

Read in living room till 445pm and on the treadmill at 5pm... 5 MILES IN SLIGHTLY LESS THAN AN HOUR AND 40 MINS. Watched YouTube videos.

I watched the first episode 'I AM A KILLER: RELEASED' (Netflix). A guy does thirty years in a Texas prison for the murder of a Subway manager during an armed robbery. But, he didn't do it for the money and decades later he claims that the man he killed was blackmailing him. He and the manager had a relationship and this man threatened to tell everyone that he was gay. The killer now says that he didn't kill the manager during a robbery, but that the robbery was a cover-up for the end of the blackmail scheme. Maybe the guy needs a new start because he did do thirty years, regardless of the true motive, but I'd keep a sharp eye on this guy because he could be just running a scam.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
