 Tu 9/29/20

Up 745am: Partly sunny, breezy with temps to low 60's.

Watched Netflix disc 'THE MECHANIC' (I was supposed to get two discs yesterday and I only got one. This disc was missing over a week ago. If I don't get the other disc today I'm contacting Netflix. Something has gone wrong. Over the last month too many have arrived late or not at all).

The pyrotechnics and mass murders were so over-the-top that the average seven year old would not believe it; with Jason Statham, Ben Foster (he was remarkable as the 'damaged Tonto' to Stathams 'Lone Ranger', and Donald Sutherland...in a wheelchair.

Then I watched the last episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE' Season 1. 'Dancin' In The Moonlight' is the song of the day. I hope at some point in the future I will be able to see Season 2.

Then the last 25" of Joe Rogan's interview with Miley Cyrus.

230pm: PC is 'Off' and will read for a while and then a walk to the Monroe PO and back.

430pm...Out Edwards and back Governor to Monroe PO. ONE HOUR AND 50 MINS... Mp3... TOM WAITS, THE PIXIES, HUSKER DU.

In the tub to finish LEGION and browse HEINLEIN and a lurid account of The Rock World and listening to JADE WARRIOR, MILES DAVIS with JOHN COLTRANE,  ROBERT JOHNSON.

Watched 'BOBBY KEYS: EVERY NIGHT'S A SATURDAY NIGHT' (Amazon Prime). 'The Sixth Stone, My Ass'. Mick and Keith are The Stones, and everyone else is just a session player- just ask Mick Taylor. However, Keys seems like he was quite a character and for a West Texas kid with not much of a future, he certainly made his mark on the world of rock music.

And then the first twelve minutes of the South African Crime Series, 'CRIMES UNCOVERED'. Parents get a ransom demand for the daughter. They pay the money, but she wasn't released and her body is found almost two weeks later.
