We 9/23/20-Now Only One Eyedrop 3 Times A Day
Up 650am: Partly cloudy with temps to mid 70's.
***Downstairs PC ran all night and apparently '2004 Update' is complete! It might have finally taken because I did a 'restart' last night before I let the PC run. (8pm Wednesday night....It took!)
I watched the Netflix disc 'THE SONG OF NAMES'. FACT? To make it easier to remember all those killed at Treblinka a song was used to recite their names. Its' melody was so long that it took five days to complete. A difficult film because different actors play characters as they age. The young Martin and David look nothing like Clive Owen or Tim Roth. Just worth a 'C'.
1115am: PC on 'Sleep' and I'll check out the situation at the County Market Pharmacy. Did my insurance cover the next bottle of eyedrops? I used the last drop this morning.
1130am: Walked down Kenyon to Monroe and back Chatham to Fairway. When I got to the pharmacy they wanted to charge me $47, but I told them the insurance should pick it up so they resubmitted. I walked over to The Dollar Store and CVS to try to find some sunglasses. At CVS they were mostly twenty bucks and at The Dollar Store they were ten. Too Expensive. I was back in twenty minutes and the drops were free!
After a bowl I watched 'THE LAST OF THE MANSON GIRLS' (Amazon Prime)...'a fanciful piece of speculative fiction'...An account of Paul Krassner's LSD trip with three of Charlie Manson's harem..."If there wasn't a 'Them', then who are 'We'?...I was surprised this was as good as it was. 'Squeaky' Fromme was the de facto head of The Family after Charlie was sent to prison.
245pm: Undecided- A walk outside or some 'Wrong Man' and a few miles on the treadmill.
I did 4 MILES on the treadmill in an hour and 20 mins... 'The FBI Files' ~ In 1974 a couple on the small Pacific island of Palmyra were murdered for their yacht and then I watched part of an episode of GETTING DOUG WITH HIGH.
Read in the living room and listened to a tape of THE GRATEFUL DEAD live.
I finished 'WOMAN AT WAR' and selected LEGION by William Peter Blatty.
In the tub with LEGION and listening to LIVE GRAHAM Parker, MARRIOTT & LANE~ 'Majik Mijits', DAVE DAVIES~ 'Decade'.
Then I watched 'THE AMISH SHUNNED' (Amazon Prime). Only watched a few minutes...OK, but later... Then, 'ROLLING STONE- LIFE AND DEATH OF BRIAN JONES. The film makes a powerful case that Brian Jones did not drown but that he was killed in a fight with one of the men that he had hired for home repairs. The police didn't prosecute the killer because they felt that Jones and The Rolling Stones were a danger to the morals of society and it made for a more 'positive' anti-drug message that this degenerate pop star drowned in his own swimming pool...See what can happen to you if you take drugs. Many years later one of the builders confessed to the killing on his deathbed.
