Up 8am: Rain last night with a slight chance of showers early this afternoon- to upper 40's.
***It seems that the downstairs PC is 'Up To Date'. PC said that the updates were current and then I did a 'restart' and it finished an update for Windows Defender. It ran for about thirty seconds and then it said I was current.
I watched about 45" of 'THE THREE DEATHS OF MARISELA ESCOBEDO' (Netflix). Her daughter was murdered, the man confessed yet he was still acquitted. She continues to protest and she is killed. Nothing was done. Ten women are killed daily. After the first session on the treadmill I finished the doc.
Colin called and said he would arrive early. He arrived just before 11am and finished about 130pm. He brought a dizzying array of expertise and it was easily worth the money. Most of the time we were waiting for the update to be checked and then for it to download.
When he left I continued to let it run while I did FOUR MILES on the treadmill while listening to ALEX JONES, TIM DILLON on The Joe Rogan Experience. After 2 miles I checked and I was up to date except for an option update. I ran that and then ran a restart to make sure that it all stuck.
430pm: Another 3 MILES on the treadmill. Listened to Terry Gross 'THE OATH KEEPERS' and Radiolab 'War Games With The Presidential Election'.
In the tub with ROBERT DALEY and listening to SHOSTAKOVICH, RICKY SKAGGS, 'GOATS HEAD SOUP' ~ Stones.
***So happy! Looks like the post office solved the problem. I received both Netflix discs that were supposed to arrive today...And They Did! Watched 'BOMBSHELL'. Sex abuse at Fox News. Just as good as 'THE LOUDEST VOICE IN THE ROOM' only different; with Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman, Margot Robbie, John Lithgow, Allison Janney, Malcolm McDowell, Kate McKinnon, Brigette Lundy-Paine (ATYPICAL), and Mark Duplass.
Episode 1 of 'CAPITOL MURDER' (Amazon Prime). Somewhere between 'TWIN PEAKS' and community theater...Set in Washington State and I like it.
