Up 625am: Partly sunny with temps to mid 40's.

To Fairhills by 715am and home by 8am. $90 at County Market.

Then I watched three one hour episodes of 'THE VOW' (HBO-Xfinity). Now we're learning about the sex trafficking's angle. Members who share 'The Vow' are a select and secret group of young women in NXIVM who brand Keith Raniere's initials on their pubic region as a sign of complete devotion to their master.  

***Buddy has been acting very lethargic the last couple of days. This is very out of character. An hour ago he threw up everything that he'd eaten today. I called Brewer and he'll go in this afternoon at 430pm.

1240pm: A walk to clear my head.  Parkview, Wash. Pk., north side, Park south to Outer Park, west to Wiggins back to Wash. Pk., up the hill, Parkview, Fairway and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 30 MINS... Mp3... 91.9FM.

***I got to Brewer at 420pm and she said that it was probably the thyroid medicine, but since it wasn't working he would have to go to SIU for chemo. However, due to his advanced age she would not recommend this procedure. IT'S TIME TO BEGIN TO SAY GOODBYE. The thyroid condition affects his heart and he is prone to a heart attack. She described the euthanasia procedure. I am numb.

TWO MILES ON TREADMILL. I finished the ROGAN/TOM GREEN conversation and began ROGAN and TOM MACKEY, the founder of Whole Foods.

In the tub with HOAG and listening to AKI TAKASE & DAVID MURRAY, DAVID MURRAY OCTET playing Grateful Dead music. 

Watched the next two episodes of  'THE VOW' (HBO-Xfinity). Just a cult kinda day...6 Hours of this stuff.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
