 Mo 11/2/20- Dr. Kwedar- 1115am.

Up 7am: Frosty morning to mostly sunny with temps to mid 50's.

Watched 'STILL HERE' (Hoopla). Set in contemporary Brooklyn and the film concerns a young black girl who went missing. The police do little, but a newspaper reporter writes a story that inspires new interest in the case. The cops interrogate an innocent suspect and he commits suicide and the reporter continues to dig and finds the perp and the missing girl. An odd tone, yet a compelling story if a bit hard to accept. Since the missing girl is found in the end it is almost as if the serious moral and ethical inadequacies of law enforcement are glossed over. No Star cast and directed by Romanian film maker, Vlad Feier.

Watched a thirteen minute Skype interview with the director on YouTube.

135am: To the doctor's appointment and spent far too much time trying to set the clock in the Elantra using the instruction manual. It's not really addressed in the book, but it is very simple to do.

They checked my eye and everything is OK, and I made an appointment to have the eyes checked next year. He said I should have them checked yearly just to be on the safe side.

I went to the County Market at Fairhills to pick up Beer/Toilet Paper/Floss/Frozen Veggies/Onions/Apple Juice...Mostly stuff that I forgot to get last Friday.

Home to watch 'BURNING PLAIN' (Amazon Prime). Two story lines at two different times makes for a bit of confusion, but by the ending it's all pretty clear. Two married people have an illicit affair in an abandoned trailer and the two children of the adulterers have an affair. The girl sets off an explosion at the trailer that kills her mother and her mother's lover and makes her sexually promiscuous. An interesting film, but a little preachy and would have had a bigger impact if the story was told in a more straightforward manner; with Charlize Theron, Kim Basinger, and Jennifer Lawrence.

325pm: Out for a walk. Sundown is at 455pm! Parkview, Wash. Pk., northside Williams Blvd., across Walnut and South a half block and west on Vine, road up the hill on south side, Parkview and down to 940...Mp3...VAN MORRISON, TRAFFIC, THE STREETS.

Read on the couch {ROBERT DALEY} 40 mins.

In the tub with more DALEY and listening to THE RESIDENTS, RICHARD LLOYD, RICHMOND FONTAINE~ 'The Wilco of Portland, Oregon'...Still having connection problems with the phone/Amazon Prime Music. Not as bad as yesterday, but it works without problems on YouTube Music.

Watched 'UNSOLVED MYSTERIES- Stolen Kids' (Netflix). In the summer of 1989 two black toddlers vanished from the same playground only weeks apart. The abductor has never been found and for some reason the theory is that they were not murdered, but they were taken by a person or persons who wanted a child to raise. Murder Or Human Trafficking?

Then the next episode of 'Leah Remini: SCIENTOLOGY AND THE AFTERMATH' (Netflix).
