Watched 'A HISTORY OF VIOLENCE' (Hoopla). A man goes undercover from a mob family back east and establishes a new identity as an honorable husband and father who owns a diner in a small town. Years later he is located by the mob and he eradicates the 'negative influence'. David Cronenberg directs a treatise on the nature of violence . From 'TIME'... "Does gun diplomacy make sense only in movies? Or do Americans want it to play out in real life?"; with Viggo Mortensen, Maria Bello, Ed Harris, and William Hurt.

***Made an appointment with the Pot Shop to pick up an eighth of 'Ascend Face Mints' and an eighth of 'Cresco LA Wedding Pop': $157.47 but I'm sure it will be cheaper at checkout, but I'm not exactly sure why.  The total was $145..."We try to absorb some of the tax for you"....Sounds suspicious.

Then I watched 'WITNESSES' (Kanopy). Set during the 90's in war torn Croatia the film is an account of a rather simple murder by three soldiers. Then the film reveals the reasons behind the murder from several different perspectives. Although the dialog is verbatim through the conflicting points of view it seems confused and then becomes crystal clear.

Wrote the Weekly Wrap today since I'm going to Dr. Kwedar tomorrow at 11am.

On the treadmill at 4pm for 5 MILES... Joe Rogan with Bill Maher. Then The Weekly Cleaning.

In the tub with ROBERT DALEY and listening to PARKER MILLSAP,  Prime Music cutting out so FIRST TIME ON YOUTUBE MUSIC, 'My Library' in the Download folder... 'Agharta' ~ MILES, back to Amazon Prime... 'Easter' ~ Patti Smith.

Watched Episode 1 of Season 1 of  'LEAH REMINI- Scientology and the Aftermath' (Netflix). This will be an interesting series.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
