 Th 11/12/20

Up 8am: Mostly sunny with temps to mid 50's.

I turned the living room PC on early and downloaded the new updates. I'm 'Up To Date' on the living room computer, but downstairs I have one that is pending. It only took a few minutes and also the new mouse is working well.

***YouTube really was down last night. It was a nationwide outage.

Watched 'THE TRAP' (Hoopla). Set in contemporary Belgrade, Serbia it's the story of a man who agrees to murder someone he has never met in exchange for medical expenses to pay for an operation for his dying son. Then he learns that his victim's daughter is a friend of his son and her mother is an acquaintance of his. Reluctantly he does the crime, but he gets no money. Later he tells the whole sad tale to the wife of his victim. She tells a family member and 'the shooter gets shot'. Not a bad noir film.

Watched the next episode of 'TRIAL 4'.  An undercover cop is shot five times in the face outside of a 24 hour Walgreens in South Boston. A black guy who had been to the store to buy diapers is framed for the murder.

Reading the news and on the street for a walk at 145pm...Parkview, Wash. Pk., Williams Blvd. northside along panhandle, Walnut, Leland west to Wiggins, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES...Mp3...NPR- 91.9FM.

A few hits and watched 'MAKING A KILLING' (Amazon Prime). Based on real events...A gay couple passing as brothers operate a funeral home in Las Vegas, NM and deal in illicit gold coins and gold teeth. Some of the loot was stolen from a rival funeral parlor owner. This man was recently released from prison on child molestation charges. His murder starts the investigation, but what really happened is never revealed. Maybe the chief of police did it; Christopher Lloyd, Sally Kirkland, Michael Jai White, and Aida Turturro.

6-7pm: THREE MILES ON THE Treadmill. Finished WHISKEY GINGER with DOUG BENSON and began TONY HINCHCLIFFE on The Joe Rogan Experience.

In the tub with RINALDI and listening to RICHARD THOMPSON.

Watched '1275 DAYS' (Amazon Prime). A film about 'The Elkhart 4'...Felony Murder- If anyone is killed during the commission of a felony, then all the perps are charged with murder. Four kids break-into what they thought was an abandoned house. The owner was home and armed. He shot and killed one of the intruders and the teenagers were charged with murder because their robbery and home invasion resulted in a death.
