Up 730am: Partly cloudy and cold temps to upper 20's.

Borrowed 2 from Hoopla before they went over the limit; MANHATTAN and TERMINAL.

Watched 'MANHATTAN' (Hoopla). It's nearly impossible to view the film without considering Woody Allen's relations with young women. Are the long standing sexual accusations against him true? But 'MANHATTAN' is not about a middle aged man taking advantage of a much younger woman, but more about the maturity of that seventeen year old young woman; with Woody Allen, Diane Keaton, Michael Murphy, Mariel Hemingway, Meryl Streep, Michael O'Donoghue, and Wallace Shawn. Nominated for 2 Oscars, another 15 wins & 22 nominations. 

I used the $50 Amazon Gift Card from Jamie and Melissa to buy two sweaters from Amazon: Grey turtleneck and an olive green pullover- $23.00.

115pm: ON THE TREADMILL...4 Miles...Watched Joe Rogan and Lawrence Wright and some of a Sarah Silverman podcast; "What is a Democratic Socialist country"?

The Weekly Cleaning and then watched 'THE SILENCING'.  An ex-trapper and hunter now operates a wildlife sanctuary. A serial killer in a ghillie suit has been hunting teenage girls and killing them in the wild. Not as dumb as it sounds, but close; with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. Filmed near Great Sudbury, Canada.

530pm: ON THE TREADMILL...2 Miles... Watched the next episode of 'MISSING' ~ Amazon Prime.

In the tub with a new BALDACCI novel and listening to BUICK 6 (Lucinda William's backup band), CLIFFORD BROWN & MAX ROACH. 

Watched 'LEMONHEADS' (Amazon Prime)..."Find what you love and let it kill you"- Charles Bukowski. Strange junkie hijinks, but real addicts don't act anything like these people. Maybe it's meant as darkly humorous? Two cousins try to get a fix at Christmas time, yet it had a kind of marginal appeal. Some interesting dialog.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
