Up 740 am: Flurries early, but the brunt of the storm will move in later this afternoon. Over a half foot is expected with temps only in the low single digits.

I wrote an 'early' Wrap and sent it off.

Watched an episode of 'FLACK' (Amazon Prime). Robyn is on a flight with a celebrity who has discovered that the questionable and illegal photos on his laptop are soon to be made public. Robyn hatches a plan, but it's all a mistake and later she turns him in anyway. I really hope there is a season 2.

1010 am: PC is 'Off' and I'm going to shovel the driveway and walk before I take off for South Sixth. At least the flurries have stopped. On the road by 1035 am. and the roads were bad- even Wabash, Chatham, and Sixth.

I went in the back entrance and told a guy in a booth who I was and he directed me to line up behind the cars waiting in front of a garage bay. The shot didn't hurt and I had to give them my drivers license and my insurance card. Then I had to drive east across the street and park for fifteen minutes: until 1115 am. 

I left the clinic and went to the County Market on Sixth. I got crackers, frozen vegetables, salt/pepper, kitchen matches, and rice. I walked into the store and realized that I had forgotten the mask. One of the clerks said they had them at the customer service desk, but they were too busy, so I trekked back across the tundra to my car. Home by noon.

1210 pm: ON THE TREADMILL...4 Miles and watched an 'FBI FILES'- Mayor of Biloxi is tied to murder and the Dixie Mafia and then watched 'WHISKEY GINGER- with Bobby Lee & Black Thought of The Roots.

Watched 'THE DIG' (Netflix). This historical drama is set just before the beginning of WWII and is based on the excavation of an Anglo-Saxon burial ship in rural Suffolk, UK (Sutton Hoo); with Ralph Fiennes and Carey Mulligan. The lady of the house is dying of a heart ailment but sparks fly between her and the yeoman 'excavator'- Romance and Archeology, but it worked. 'Sutton Hoo' is one of the most important archeological finds in British history.

Then watched 'HOLLYWOOD'S STORIES'- Kylie Jenner World's Youngest Billionaire- (Amazon Prime). Nothing more than a weak puff piece and certainly no new ground broken. Forbes definition of 'self-made' is that you can't inherit the fortune, but is there really a difference if you were born into it? Easy access to the Kardashian's millions is money acquired only because of her name.

***The snowstorm is really raging and this might be the biggest since I moved to Westview Drive. Several inches have fallen since I returned for the Memorial Urgent Care and there is significant drifting. 

5 pm... ON THE TREADMILL... 2 Miles and watched another episode of "Elisa Lam and the Cecil Hotel".

*** I increased the heat from 'A' to 'B' on the water heater. Bliss... Reading '1876' and listening to 'MR. FANTASY'  and 'Low Spark of High Heeled Boys' ~ Traffic, JONI NITCHELL. 

Watched 'THE BLACKOUT' (Amazon Prime). Dir. Abel Ferrara; 1997 and filmed in Miami, Fl.  In a drug and alcohol fueled fury an actor learns that his girlfriend has aborted his child. He is enraged that she has killed his unborn child until she reveals that it was his savage voice mail that made her get the abortion...and he is never able to forgive himself.  And if that wasn't enough, in the final act he learns that while stoned he strangled and killed a seventeen year old waitress. Wild and Wooly and the perfect compliment to a stoned, sub-zero and snowy evening. The film is sentimental, overwrought, trance-like, and melodramatic, but that's what Ferrara is known for; with Matthew Modine, Claudia Schiffer, Dennis Hopper, and Steven Bauer (SCARFACE).  

I finished the last 20 minutes of 'CRIME SCENE: The Vanishing At The Cecil Hotel' (Netflix). Conspiracy theories about the disappearance, but the film 'Dark Water' (the Japanese film and the American version) seems to be based on this incident.
