Up 710am: Partly sunny and much cooler with temps only to 80.

Watched Netflix disc 'THE WAY BACK'. Gvavin O'Connor (dir.)- "It's a dramatization of the alcoholic mind". That's one way of looking at the film, but  it seemed more of an attempt to blend Ben Affleck's real-life struggle with alcohol with his character in the movie. The film wasn't bad, and at least it didn't project a corny,  'I Was Lost, and Now I'm Found'  kind of message. The film only marks one more step on a man's journey to accept the death of his son and the attempt to take control over the rest of his life; with Ben Affleck and Al Madrigal (I'M DYING UP HERE).

***925am: The screen became pixelated- red and black. Strange, first I thought it was just the video player, but it affected the entire playback. I restarted and it went away....for how long?  I don't need this! Xfinity, The PC, or Cannabis?....NO, not the latter.

I watched the last episode of  'MANHUNT-DEADLY GAMES' (Netflix). Both this series and the Clint Eastwood film are a strange mix of fact and fiction. I need to read more about the real case of Richard Jewell.

1245pm: Paid the car insurance and the homeowners on Visa. 

1pm: Preparing for a visit to Planet Fitness. 

120 pm: On the road: 45" Cross. 45" Treadmill. 30" Bike. 30" Treadmill. 30" Cross.  I watched two episodes of 'SOPHIE: A MURDER IN WEST CORK (Netflix). Then more of  ARI SHAFFIR with BIG JIM OAKERSON~ 'Anxiety' .

$68 for groceries at County Market/Fairhills. 

6pm: In the tub with 'THE FINDER' and listening to THE ALLMAN BROS, AMY WINEHOUSE,  and more of ARI SHAFFIR with BIG JIM OAKERSON. 

Watched 'BURN AFTER READING' (Amazon Prime). A Coen Brothers Film. A wacky and hilarious Spy/ Thriller Spoof with an outrageous storyline and a fantastic cast. Winner of 8 awards and 32 nominations; with George Clooney, Frances McDormand, Brad Pitt, John Malkovich, Tilda Swinton, J.K. Simmons, and Richard Jenkins.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
