Up 630 am: Rain begins this afternoon and continues through Friday- temps to mid 80's.

***830 am: Zane and the crew arrive and the fiber optic people are on the job.

Watching crazy videos on Reddit- People getting beaten and rioting in South Africa

I watched another episode of  'ATYPICAL' (Netflix). Then the next episode of 'A PERFECT CRIME'- a documentary about the assassination of Detlev Rohwedder. He was in charge of economic policy in East Germany during the reunification in the early 90's.  His murder seemed to be a Red Army Faction operation, but other individuals or groups might be behind the attack. 

Watched more of the 'HOW NEAL FEEL' YouTube video that I began last night.

The crew left about 1130 am for lunch and when they returned it's back to Planet Fitness. Very tired today and although they've been as good as can be, it still takes a toll. I want my 'regular' life back.

1245 pm: On the machines. 45 " Treadmill. 45" Cross. (changed the lineup!). 30" Bike. 30" Treadmill. 30" Cross. I watched two episodes of 'HEIST' (Netflix) A woman and her boyfriend steal an armored car with 3 million dollars and flee to Amsterdam, then more of 'HOW NEAL FEEL', then another 'ATYPICAL', and finally part of an ANDREW SANTINO podcast. 

Made it home before the first wave of storms hit. On the couch reading and the worst should occur between 8~9 pm. Then at 545 pm in the tub with more WOLFE and listening to the BEATLES and then various podcasts. Tired. 

I told Zane before I left for Planet Fitness that I'd like to update my downstairs PC, but since the rains have really cooled off the temps, I think I'll stay upstairs tonight and watch the disc. 

Watched Netflix disc 'PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN' . A very strange tale  of female sexual revenge. A woman's best friend is gang raped, or taken advantage of by a group of men and she seeks them out years after the incident and gets even. But, she dies in the end- murdered by one of the men. 

Tomorrow morning I'll watch many YouTube videos about the meaning of this film. Very different and many questions are raised. 

10 pm: PC is 'Off' and early to bed. Friday will be the last 'work day' because the Kyes crew doesn't work weekends. I'm looking forward to the days off, too.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
