830 pm??!!

Up 640 am: Partly sunny with temps to upper 80's.

Zane and crew arrived at 810am. They will finish the drywall work today and continue to smooth the concrete floor for the carpet installation. He told me that he noticed that the tiles can be taped, but we decided that glue would work better.  Before the drywall can be painted the wall must be 'mudded' several times so that seams are not visible when the walls are painted. I'm not sure how long the job will take, but no pressure. 

I watched the first episode of 'A PERFECT CRIME' (Netflix). A profile of the murder of a German politician who tried to blend the state owned economy of East Germany with Capitalism after Germany reunited in 1989. How did they go from 'State Owned' to 'Privately Owned'? How did they decide who got ownership? This is a much more interesting question than who killed the politician.

Then another episode of  'THIS IS POP-  Festival Rising' (Netflix). This segment charts the phenomenon of the outdoor music festival, from the Human Be-In, Monterey, Woodstock, Glastonbury, US, Lollapalooza, Woodstock '99, Bonnaroo, and beyond. Informative, but as matter of fact as a Wikipedia article.

1130 am: PC is 'Off' and will read for a while and then back to Planet Fitness when the crew returns from lunch. 

Fiber optic digging equipment arrived 1115 am. and I had to move the car to the other side of the street so that Zane could park his truck.

* Before I left for Planet Fitness Zane said that they would be leaving around 230 pm and I told him to lock the breezeway door when they left.

1 pm: On the machines. 45" Cross. 45" Treadmill. 30" Bike. 30" Treadmill. 30" Cross. I watched 'FILMAGE: THE STORY OF THE DESCENDENTS/ALL (Amazon Prime), a SARAH SILVERMAN podcast , the penultimate episode of 'THE ELEVEN' (Amazon Prime), and part of a 'How NEAL FEEL' podcast.

6 pm: In the tub with WOLFE and listening to THE DESCENDENTS, and various podcasts.

Tonight I decided to crank the AC and stay upstairs. He's got the fans running downstairs to dry the 'mud', so I'll smoke and chill on the main floor. 

***830 pm: Premiere Bong Of The Day***It seems I'm definitely higher, but a bit of weed every two or three hours seems a much better approach. But, taking a break does seem to lower my tolerance. 

Watched 'DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE' (Netflix). A cheesy melodrama about a boy who can't accept the fact that his divorced mother is going to marry another man. He wants his mom and dad to get back together and he doesn't like or trust his mom's new lover. The kid's got a point because mom's finance is a homicidal maniac. Not as dumb as it sounds, but close; with John Travolta, Vince Vaughn, and Steve Buscemi. Shot in Wilmington, North Carolina. 

*As I was shutting down I noticed that the PC needed the July Update. Downloaded and restarted.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
