Watched 'CONTROL' (Amazon Prime). Ian Curtis was a Gloomy Gus, but such a waste that he took his life at only 23 years old. The film is based on a memoir by Deborah Curtis. A beautiful film and won 31 awards and nominated for 35 total; with Sam Riley and Samantha Morton.
The PC is 'Off' and preparing for the treadmill and maybe a walk outside later.
115pm: On the treadmill...5 MILES AT 3.6 PACE...Finished the ALDOUS SNOW film and began ANTHONY JESELNIK on 'HoneyDo'.

Watched Netflix disc 'ONCE WERE BROTHERS: ROBBIE ROBERTSON AND THE BAND'. Interesting footage and great sessions and if you liked The Band, this is a 'must see'.
