Up 8am: Raw, cloudy, and blustery with temps only to low 50's.

***845am-930am- Walked to Brewer to pick up another gel-pen and made an appointment for Buddy to have his blood checked tomorrow at 220pm.

Watched 'KNIGHT AND DAY' (Amazon Prime). International locations, a star-studded cast, and a huge budget, yet nothing more than a brainless piece of cinema with endless 'boom boom' and characters that wouldn't be taken seriously in a comic book; with Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Peter Sarsgaard, Viola Davis, and Paul Dano.  

Wrote the 'Weekly Wrap'.

210pm: PC is 'Off' and will hit the treadmill.

225pm: 5 MILES AT 3.6 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT...ARI SHAFFIR talks with DOUG SMITH about being  Jehovah's Witness. 

On the couch and finished 'RABBIT REDUX ' by John Updike.

635pm: On the treadmill 2 MILES AT 3.6 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT and finished DOUG SMITH on SKEPTIC TANK and began a JOEY DIAZ. 

7pm: In the tub with a new novel- 'Hollywood ' by GORE VIDAL and listening to random BLUES ANTHOLOGIES,  and various podcasts. 

Watched 'CUTIES' (Netflix). A group of Parisian teenage girls form a dance group and a new girl from Senegal wants to go super sexy, but realizes that she's gone too far. In the end, she embraces being a young, skip rope jumping  kid. I guess that was the point, but I can really see how people would hate this film because it could be viewed as sexually exploiting young girls. But I think what really was disturbing was that these particular girls were very aware of their sexuality and quite aware of what they were doing.  Nobody seemed to be exploiting them.
