Up 750am: Bright and sunny with temps to mid 70's.

I got rid of the ugly, ten dollar toothbrush stand and replaced it with an empty candle jar. 

Before adding the 'Cheese' entry I added FLEETWOOD MAC, SLEATER-KINNEY, and 'AGHARTA disc 1' to the Mp3 player.

I checked for Windows Updates and restart and noticed the new message that the PC doesn't currently meet all the system requirements for Windows 11.

Watched 'AMERICAN GANGSTER' (Peacock). A cinematic valentine to Harlem drug lord, Frank Lucas. He's portrayed as an ethical man who loved his family and country and the 'real-life' Superfly who just happened to run an international heroin empire; with Denzel Washington, Russell Crowe, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Josh Brolin, John Hawkes, RZA, Carla Gugino, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Armand Assante.

I paid the cards and the bill was only $22 this month and later I wrote up 'MAO II' by Don DeLillo for the blog. 

2pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk to the park.

630pm: In the tub with KELLERMAN and listening to PETER MURPHY- 'Bare-Boned & Sacred', CHRIS ROBINSON BROTHERHOOD, and various other podcasts. 

Watched 'RESPITE' (Amazon Prime). During the Afghan war rebel leaders fighting the Taliban would kidnap young boys and use them as sex slaves. Some of them relocated to New York/New Jersey and continued the perversion and one of them graduates to serial murder of young boys. A 'B-Movie' with only second or third tier actors, but I thought it was well done.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
