Fr 4/29/22- County Market: $120/ Bloodwork AOK!

 Fr 4/29/22

650pm (1). 810am (1). 1130am (1). 635pm (2). 805pm (1),

Cloudy and rain beginning later this afternoon with temps to the upper 60's.

7am: To County Market and back and finished putting the groceries away by 745am. Spent $120.00 and I didn't buy beer.

Watched Netflix disc 'CRISIS'.  A decent yet forgettable tale of several intersecting stories about America's Opioid Crisis. A little melodramatic, but engrossing if you suspend belief. The storyline of a suburban mom who penetrates a sophisticated drug ring and assassinates the kingpin was very hard to accept; Gary Oldman, Evangeline Lilly, Greg Kinnear, and Martin Donovan. From The Washington Post: "This cinematic triple-decker sandwich is so overstuffed with baloney and cheese it ought to come with a pickle on the side."

Part 2 of Season 4 of 'OZARK' (Netflix) dropped today, and I will be hitting it hard at Planet Fitness later this afternoon.

1110am: PC is 'Off' and I'm leaving a bit early for the workout so that I can swing by Brewer Animal Hospital to pick up another gel-pen after Planet Fitness.

1135am:   To Planet Fitness. 45"Cross.  45" Treadmill. 30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30" Cross and much more 'OZARK' (NETFLIX) . Then finished a JOEY'S JOINT.

130pm:  On the stationary bike and got a call from Ellison's office about the lab results.  My blood work is normal; white cell count is normal and no anemia. They won't need to see me until my regular checkup next year. Hooray!

305pm: To Brewer and purchased another gel-pen.

350pm: In the tub and finished 'HOLD TIGHT' and listening to MTUME; STONE CITY BAND; P-FUNK ALLSTARS. 'HOLD TIGHT' had a lot of moving parts and probably too many characters, but no interest in watching the Polish version again.

Watched 'TRAINWRECK' (Peacock-TV).  Female magazine writer in New York city has a wild sexual life but yearns for a bit of intimacy. She begins dating a guy that she could love but she gives him the boot before he can grow tired of her. Very funny, raunchy, and clever; with Amy Schumer, Bill Hader, Brie Larson, John Cena, and Tilda Swinton. Directed by Judd Apatow with a '75' Metascore.
