Up 630am: Cloudy, cold, breezy with a slight chance of showers this afternoon and temps only to about 40.

Watched the next episode of Netflix disc 'VINYL'. The 'live' music parts of the film are only mediocre because it's kind of like watching a very good cover band. However, there is no denying that the early 70's was one of the most interesting times in popular music, and I'm surprised that there are not more films about this particular era. A film that could draw attention to the stock market shenanigans like  'THE WOLF OF WALL STREET' did, but 'VINYL' isn't anywhere near as effective. 

1015am: PC is 'Off' and getting an early walk on the treadmill so that I can leave at 1230pm for the Brandenburgs. 

1030am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 1.50 SLANT and began MARK NORMAND, ALI SHAFFIR, and SHANE GILLIS on J.R.E. 

Weight set: 11 reps/low weight.

1230pm I drove downtown to drop off the Netflix disc at the Monroe PO and on to Red Bud Lane.

Arrived at The Brandenburgs right at 1pm and looked at a lot of pictures that he had digitized. Then, just before 5pm he suggested that we headed to the Lake Club for a Fireman's Friday Fish dinner: $10 and Joe paid my way. I was home by 7pm and I agreed to come over for the kid's Easter celebration next Saturday at 10am.

Watched the last episode of 'NARCOWORLD: DOPE STORIES- I'm a Law-Abiding Citizen' (Netflix). MDMA (ecstasy or molly) is very, very popular in England from May through September which is the UK's Music Festival Season. Most of the molly comes from the Netherlands and the festivals provide a huge market for the ecstasy dealers. Festival cops can search whoever they feel is 'suspicious'. What the hell could that mean except that 'probable cause' is not a part of English law.

A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home.
