Watched Netflix disc 'THE GREEN KNIGHT'.  The film is an elegant and dark retelling of 'Sir Gawain and The Green Knight' and I don't fully understand what it meant or what it signifies. I will spend the first session on the treadmill watching videos about the film and learn to like it a whole lot more; with Dev Patel, Alicia Vikander (EX MACHINA), Joel Edgerton, and Barry Keoghan (THE KILLING OF A SACRED DEER).'85 Metascore': 21 wins & 107 nominations. 

On the PC I watched some of Gavin de Becker (expert on security and management of violence) on J.R.E.

Watched 'CHRISTINE' (Netflix). An awkward high school teen buys a haunted 1957 Plymouth Belvedere Fury and it changes his life for the worse; with Robert Prosky, Harry Dean Stanton, and Kelly Preston. Directed by John Carpenter and based on a Stephen King novel. Filmed near Agoura, California; 30 miles northwest of Beverly Hills, CA. Not one of the better Stephen King adaptations, but King probably rates it highly because it includes the author's love of muscle cars and vintage rock and roll.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
