Up 6am: Partly sunny with temps to mid 50's.

***upper tooth, left side is sore. It's not really a toothache, but something is not right. Feels like I bit down on something too hard yesterday.   

Watched 'ALL THE OLD KNIVES' (Amazon Prime). A superior espionage/thriller where most of the action takes place in a Carmel, California restaurant. Eight years after the fact, the CIA learns that there was a mole was behind the suicide-terrorist  attack on an airplane. All the terrorists and passengers were killed. The two lovers (ex agents) are together in a restaurant and both believe the other is the mole. Lots of 'cat and mouse' and the guy was at fault, but he gave information to the terrorists because he thought that he was protecting her; with Chris Pine, Thandiwe Newton, Jonathan Pryce, and Laurence Fishburne.  

I watched a couple of  'explanations' of the film on a YouTube video. 

Watched the beginning of 'CHOOSE OR DIE' (Netflix)...forgettable...

1145am:  Watched almost an hour and then shut it down to prepare for a walk outside. 

1225pm: Downtown- Edge of the golf course, Governor, the state capitol, 2nd south to South Grand alley,  Wash.Pk,  southside,  up the hill,  Parkview, Fairway,  and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 50 MINUTES...Mp3...JETHRO TULL, DRIVE-BY TRUCKERS.

350pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 1.50 SLANT and more MIKE TYSON on J.R.E, and began BOBBY LEE on WHITNEY CUMMINGS. 

445pm:  In the tub with KARLEEN KOEN and listening to JOHNNY COLES; RUDOLPH JOHNSON;  ANDREW HILL.

Watched 'I, TONYA' (Kanopy). US Figure Skater, Tonya Harding gets in over her head when her husband contracts a hit on one of her skating competitors.  Maybe the most idiotic conspiracy of all time, yet based on true events; with Margot Robbie, Sebastian Stan,  Bobby Cannavale, and Allison Janney was terrific as Tonya Harding's mother.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
