825am. 205pm (1 hit/1 hitter). 720pm.

Up 640am: Rain all day with particularly heavy storms predicted between noon and 6pm.

***Buddy threw up and I think that he ate part of the tape on the phone charger cord next to the PC in the living room. Not sure, but suspicious although by 9am his appetite is back and seems OK.

Watched 'IDIOCRACY' (Tubi-TV). "I can't believe that you like money too. We should hang out". Sports drinks are not for crops, it's the 'electrolytes' and just as funny as I remembered; with Luke Wilson, Maya Rudolph, and Dax Shepard. "Welcome to Costco, I love you".

Heavy storms are on the way and will begin shortly before noon. 

1015am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for the treadmill and then a visit to Dax. 

 1020am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 1.5 SLANT and began BILL MARR on J.R.E. 

Weight set; added 5lbs/8 reps.

1250pm-150: AMERIPRISE MEETING: About an hour from 940 and back. I've made a million and a half in interest since the beginning and I started with Ameriprise in September of 2003. Risk stays the same. 

***His 55 inch TV was only $259 at Sam's. I see Dax once a year and they'll get back later for 2023.

Reading and finished reading 'REVOLUTIONARY ROAD'. I lost interest in 'SNOW CRASH'.

410pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 1.50 SLANT and more of BILL MAR.

5pm: In the tub to begin 'THE WEIGHT OF THIS WORLD' and listening to MAMA'S PRIDE; WET WILLIE; GEORGE CLINTON.

***Cracked a new 1/8th***

Watched 'THE CALL' (Netflix). A day in the life of a 911 operator. She loses it on a call and becomes a call center instructor. Then she gets a call in which a teenage girl is kidnapped by a violent maniac. The girl's in the trunk, pouring paint out of the hole where  the taillight used to be. The first half of the film is very compelling and economical storytelling because it's just the 911 operator and the terrified girl, but when they 'chase the monster' it slips off the track; with Halle Berry and Abigail Breslin..."It's already been done".

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
