Up 6am: Some strong storms last night and rain predicted for most of today with temps only to low 60's.

***720am: Relatively normal bowel movement and no hard stools. I will continue with the Sennosides laxative when I take the Tamsulosin in the evenings. The next time I see a medical professional I will bring up the subject of 'long term use' but I have used the product everyday for at least fifteen years and I am satisfied with the results. 

Watched 'THE DEVIL'S OWN' (Netflix). An IRA 'freedom fighter' flees Ireland to NYC and his plan is to buy Stinger missiles and then take them on a small fishing boat back to continue the fight in Northern Ireland. A flimsy premise with some interesting interactions, car chases, moral quandaries yet nothing new; with Harrison Ford, Brad Pitt, Ruben Blades, Treat Williams, Natashcha McElhone, and a very young Julia Stiles. 

Finished 'THE MADNESS OF KING GEORGE' (Kanopy). This time the picture quality was nearly perfect. I wonder if how many people are using Kanopy is a factor? I can't believe there were that many people watching 'THE MADNESS OF KING GEORGE' but maybe there were too many people using the site. 

1130am: PC is 'Off' and will hit the treadmill.

1145am:   FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 1.5 SLANT and more of DAVE SMITH on SKEPTIC TANK and more of DAVE SODER on J.R.E

450pm: In the tub with BALDACCI and listening to VAN MORRISON.

Cleaned my ears with the 'bulb' and watched the curly locks.  

Watched 'M.F.A' (Vudu-TV). A female college student is raped and days later she accidently pushed her rapist off a stairway landing and he dies. This leads to her tracking down and murdering other suspected college rapists. Far too silly to believe for even a moment. Title refers to 'Master of Fine Arts' and Francesca Eastwood, Clint's daughter, stars in the film.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
