Up 545am: Mostly sunny with temps to mid 80's.

Watched 'THE PROFESSOR AND THE MADMAN' (Netflix). The strange tale of how the Oxford Unabridged Dictionary came to be. It was spearheaded by an unaccredited academic and a schizophrenic man doing a life sentence for murder yet they both shared an obsession and that was to ascertain the meaning and derivation of every word in the English language; with Mel Gibson, Sean Penn, Eddie Marsan, and Steve Coogan.   

***9am: normal bowel movement although not enough and still a strain. Should I go back to using laxatives?  

The plan is to mow the lawn and then go for a walk to Washington Park and then swing by the Walgreens on Monroe for Metamucil. This product is safe for daily use and I'll see how that works before I go back to Sennosides. I only took one 25mg pill per day and two pills are the recommended dosage so I wonder if what I was doing was really that dangerous.  

1025am: The PC is 'Off'  

1045am-1130pm: Lawn Care. Looks good.

12pm: Parkview, Wash.Pk northside, Lincoln north to Adams, Washington to road behind McD's on Monroe...Walgreens got $4.00 worth of laxatives that don't contain Sennosides. They had a dozen versions of Metamucil but not one mentioned laxative properties.., Kenyon, and down to 940...Mp3...'Two Missing'- THE WHO; THE SMITHS.

345pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 1.50 SLANT and more of DAN SODER on J.R.E .

 440pm:   In the tub and finished 'ZULU' and began 'Deliver Us From Evil' by DAVID BALDACCI and listening to SUN RA; JAH WOBBLE & BILL LASWELL; JON HASSELL. 

Watched 'SCANDALOUS: The Untold Story of The National Enquirer' (Kanopy).  I had forgotten how political they were. Donald Trump was a mainstay of the paper during the 80's and it was an absolutely brilliant idea to have the paper at the checkout in every grocery in America.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
