Up 520am: Cloudy, humid and temps to upper 80's with a chance of thunderstorms later this afternoon.

Watched 'UNCHARTED' (Netflix). This reminded me of something that kids would love to have seen at the local cinema on a Saturday afternoon fifty years ago. A fast-paced Action/Adventure bloated with lots of unbelievable action, stunts, and mayhem. It's basically one big Treasure Hunt and no surprise that it's based on the PlayStation video game by Naughty Dog; with Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, Antonio Banderas, Sophia Ali, and Tati Gabrielle. 

Ordered 'UNDER THE BANNER OF HEAVEN' from Amazon Books: $6.

I wrote 'The Chat' and sent it. This week I asked if I could get some input on the hose removal.

1030am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk before it rains later this afternoon.  It's already awfully clammy...

1105am: Parkview, Wash.Pk southside,  Wiggins, Outer Park, Lincoln,  Leland, Walnut, Wash.Pk northside, up the hill, Parkview, Kenyon, and down to 940...TWO HOURS...STONE CANYON COYOTES; J.R.E. 

Reading 'SAMARITAN' and downstairs and Joe & Janny should be over about 3pm to remove the stuck hose. 

***I was telling Joe about snapping off the pipe...This was so strange that you couldn't even write this. While I was telling him about how easy it is to snap the spigot- he snapped the spigot! After it broke, he said 'turn off the water' and I said 'I don't know where it is'. We switched places and I held the broken piece against the pipe (and got soaked). I wasn't mad and Joe kept trying to get the hose off while we waited for the plumber. He tried the hacksaw and it did no good. I'm sure it would have saved some money if I had just called the plumber to remove the hose, but it did make sense to at least give it a shot before calling in the pros.

525pm: In the tub with 'SAMARITAN' and listening to VAN MORRISON; 'Live AT Leeds'- THE WHO. 

Running very late, so I watched more of 'D.B. COOPER WHERE ARE YOU?' (Netflix). The film dredges up some interesting individuals, but I know that there won't be a big reveal because they still don't know who D.B. Cooper was or whether or not he survived the hijack.

 Th 10/2/25 8am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 10am (1-B: Citrus Mac). 1220pm (2-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 810pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 715am: {took a dump at 4am}. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
