715am (B). 1020am (B). 1140am (2- B).  4pm (1- B). 450pm (1- B). 650pm (2- B).

Up 545am: Random showers till late morning with temps only in the upper 60's.

Watched 'SHADOWLANDS' (disc borrowed from Janny). A powerful film about love and suffering and yet another film that I had forgotten how good it was.  Although, I don't know if I go along with God's 'positive' use of pain and suffering.  And not so sure about this one either:  "We read to know we are not alone"; with Anthony Hopkins and Debra Winger. Directed by Richard Attenborough (JURASSIC PARK). Nominated for 2 Oscars; 7 wins & 14 nominations.

Began 'ENTRAPPED' (Netflix). An Icelandic Biker/ Religious Cult film with exceptional scenery.

1125am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a session on the treadmill.

1145am:    FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and watched 45" documentary 'HEROIN(E) (NETFLIX) - Narcan comes to Huntington,  West Virginia;  and 'I AM A KILLER' (NETFLIX) - A black man slits a clerk's throat and claims that although he did it, he had a traumatic childhood and was in a blackout; and ALEX BERENSON on J.R.E.

Full Weights/  3 Sets/ 15 Reps

Weekly Cleaning

Reading 'THE CITY' and listening to OZZY/ RANDY RHOADS.

4pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and more ALEX BERENSON on J.R.E.

450pm: In the tub with 'THE CITY' and listening to DUANE ALLMAN Anthology #2 and #1.

Watched 'THE TURNING POINT' (Netflix). An Italian thug robs a bagman and escapes to the apartment of a stranger. They become friends but soon the bad guys find them and all is lost. I had either seen this before or an English remake of the film (No remake, I had seen it before). The slacker guy is a cartoonist and the hoodlum gives him courage to take a chance on himself, but death awaits. A perfect fictionalization of 'The Stockholm Syndrome'.
