730am/740am (B & SB). 1015am (1-SB). 1210pm (1-SB). 155pm (1-SB). 435pm (1-SB). 630pm (B).
Up 530am: Bright, breezy and sunny with temps to mid 70's.
I did the Weekly Cleaning: 610am-640am.
Watched 'A GUIDE TO RECOGNIZING YOUR SAINTS' (Peacock-TV). A slice of working class family life in Queens during the late 70's. It's frantic, abrasive, and depicts a place where Love and Violence seem to be different sides of the same coin; with Robert Downey Jr. Shia LaBeouf, Rosario Dawson, Dianne Wiest, and Channing Tatum. LA Weekly: "It's forceful and alive and spilling over with crazy poetry".
Watched 'AN AMERICAN TRAGEDY' (Peacock-TV). In the winter of 1989 an 18 year old was abducted at her job working the night shift at a gas station in St. Charles, MO. She was taken at gun point, raped, and then her dead body was dropped beside a barn out in the country. The corpse was not found for almost two weeks. Her killer spent 26 years on death row and finally was put to death. The latter part of the documentary is about how the victim's father was able to forgive the killer. A strange story and it almost seems like it couldn't happen.
1155am: PC is 'Off' and not sure if I'll walk outside or revisit the treadmill. I had planned to mow the lawn but tomorrow's another day.
1215pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and began JORDAN PETERSON on J.R.E, a little more of WOODY HARRELSON on CLUB RANDOM.
Finished 'FALSE MEMORY' by Dean Koontz and began 'A HANDMAID'S TALE' (eBook).
315pm- 4pm: Mowed the lawn...surprise, surprise!
440pm: In the tub with 'A HANDMAID'S TALE' and listening to ELECTRIC MILES Playlist; BLODWYN PIG Playlist.
Watched 'HOW HIGH' (Tubi-TV). Two homeboys from the ghetto go to Harvard and nothing is believable and just one lame pot joke after another. Not funny, at all; with Method Man, Redman, Obba Babatunde, Fred Willard, Jeffrey Jones, and Spalding Gray... "If I study high and take the test high, then I'll get a high score". Directed by Jesse Dylan, brother of Jacob Dylan (THE WALLFLOWERS) and eldest son of Bob Dylan.
