Up 610am: Partly sunny with temps to low 60's. Tomorrow's high will only be in the mid 40's.

I did the Weekly Cleaning as soon as I got up and even swiped the kitchen and bathroom floors with a wet mop.

***Apparently the 'substitute' mailman (this guy parked on the other side of Westview facing up the street) didn't hit the house until after 6pm. I watched him walk down the street when I was dressing,  I checked the mail- nothing, yet I found mail in the box this morning.  A delivery after 6pm? Why? And, 'THE HANDMAID'S TALE' (Netflix) was delivered for the second time yesterday evening. 'Ofred/ June' delivers the baby alone in the commander's home who has her daughter, Hanna.  This is miles beyond Atwood's novel, but compelling as hell. 

Watched more of 'THE KILLING' (Amazon Prime). Attention is now on the young and ambitious 'temp' at the campaign headquarters. 

1220pm: PC is 'Off' and will do the weights and then head for Esporta. I'll drop the disc at the box on Monroe and then on to the workout. 

110pm: To mailbox and on the machines by 130pm. 45" Precor.  45"Treadmill. 30"Cross. 15" Bike.  30" Precor;  watched Netflix movie, '30 MINUTES OR LESS'- Danny McBride & Nick Swardson; finished 'TUESDAYS WITH STORIES'; some of ROBERT KELLY on SKEPTIC TANK;  a few episodes of 'I SURVIVED A CRIME' (NETFLIX).

***Running late so only 15" on the bike. 

450pm: In the tub with 'JULIAN' and listening to MILES DAVIS- 'That's What Happened 1982-1985'.

Watched 'CONSPIRACY' (Amazon Prime). A highly decorated Desert Storm Marine vet travels to the Mexican/ Arizona border to reconnect with a combat buddy. He runs afoul of a town owned and run by a powerful American fascist. The taciturn war hero lost a leg in the war and suffers from extreme PTSD,  but he's still a lethal force.  A 'B-Movie' that's so bad it's (kinda/ goofy) good; with Val Kilmer, Gary Cole (OFFICE SPACE), and Jennifer Esposito..."I'm bringing Hell to God's country". Filmed in New Mexico.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
